Event A in R/V Mediterranean Explorer core P22 - ~2121 BCE Open site page in a new tab



Ash-Mor et al. (2017) described Event A in R/V Mediterranean Explorer Canyon Core P22 as a 6 cm thick Mass Transport Deposit. They provided an unmodeled 14C age of 4071 ± 55 cal years BP which is slightly younger than the event and corresponds to approximately 2121 BCE.
